Not sure what you mean by channels as it does not appear you have posted in our user forum or slack channel.
When the backend says you are capturing but the frontend displays no video, that almost certainly means your path_zms is set wrong. Some users have also had missing php modules which have caused this.
In any case, this is a bug reporting forum, and, for our sanity, we are requiring all support requests be made in our user forum or slack channel. We will be glad to help you there.

The Path_ZMS you provided is incorrect. I am not familiar with Arch so I can't simply tell you what it should be set to.
PATH_ZMS is not a folder path on your filesystem. It is a partial url that has to precisely match the script alias, which is found in the web server configuration file. So find your web server configuration and look for the script alias inside it.
As I told you last time, VLC streaming you camera feed correctly means that a) your camera is working, b) your web server is working and c) your media backend is working. This, coupled with the fact that the Arch package you're trying to use is made by me and it has so far been running flawlessly on not only mine but on other users' systems as well, means the problems you've been having are most probably an error somewhere in your configuration, possibly due to lingering remains from a previous, incompatible ZM installation.
Melting or smeared image is often caused by ffmpeg and UDP buffer issues, easy option is to try tcp option for the camera. Assuming you are using ffmpeg monitor. I hear people have better luck with newer ffmpeg, but cannot confirm that myself.
Zms error is interesting and pretty rare, in the setting logging tab there is an option to debug specific programs, I think turning that on and putting zms may get you a debug log. Let me know if you can’t work it out and I will actually test what I am saying and screenshot it.
I believe a developer quoted you an hourly rate to fix it immediately, otherwise you kind of have to wait. Zms Problem is rare and we are interested as even bad configuration should not cause it to dump.
Thanks
