[SOLVED] display/CSS problems after upgrading

Hi everyone, been using zm minder for a while (lost my previous login) and decided a test upgrade on a clone system. just upgraded 1.30.4 to the latest 1.32.1 on a lubuntu 18.04 server and everything went fine, a part something wrong in the display. before upgrade i used classic template with flat css. now it looks very weird seems something is wrong with css files and/or template. tried to change display options but nothing happens. below it what it looks like. any help will be appreciated

sorted - had to restart apache. hope it helps others.
