Linuxmint 18.3 doesn't show 1.32 as upgrade option

I have two linuxmint computers with both installed linuxmint 18.3. However, one of them upgraded to ZM 1.32 while the other one doesn't show any ZM upgrade options and stop at 1.29.

Can some help to see what is the problem.

1.32.0 was briefly available but has been pulled.

Use the master snapshot ppa for now.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:iconnor/zoneminder-master
