More problem founds

I found 2 problems with 1.32 version:

1. The App "IP Cam Viewer Pro" for iOS and Android that supports "ZoneMinder Server" as source are now broken.

2. In PTZ controls after uncheck all flags on "Presets" and save it, re-opening the script (like HikVision) the flags are again on. And i have buttons like Home in my live view that not work.

3. If I delete a filter i can't re-use the ID. So now my filters starts from ID 5.

4. Upload won't work.
