Display events doesn't work ?

hi,

testing h264 camera passtrough :

When i want to view one Event video, image seems to be static (only get <+ and +> under the video, no PLAY button), i have to download mp4 file to view this video.

Is it a navigator problem ? i use Chrome or IE, result is the same.

Any idea ?

i found that i have to activate SAVEJPEGS (FRAME ONLY) to display the Event video.

But now i get the JPEGS and MP4 records, and this is a lot of disk space !

So my question is what's the interest to have both JPEG and MP4 records ???

i probably missed something.

Which version of ZM, 1.31.2 or something higher?

the mp4 should play. I recommend upgrading to my latest version (1.31.37) and see if it fixes the problem, and I'll be happy to work with you to fix it if it doesn't.

The zm version is 1.31.9. I don't understand why i can't play the video.

Any idea ?

Finally it works .... ==> I use Chrome to see zm Events and i had to "right click in the video then "enable Display the commands" .
Then i see the Play button in the bottom , etc ....
