Zoneminder lost Monitor Configs

Hello,

i used zoneminder 1.30.4 and linked (smymlink) the /var/cache/zoneminder/* directories via autofs on another Filesystem / Server. When the remote FS is not reachable zoneminder lost all configuration for the monitors/cameras. It takes houers to find the perfect values for the cameras again.

Where does ZM save the monitor configurations ? /Dir/files ? oder in the database ?

Is it possible to export Zoneminders monitor/camera/ entire configuration ?

I can't imagine how ZM would lose the monitor config.

The config is stored in the db, in the Monitors table. You can back it up with something like:

mysqldump -u zmuser -p zm Monitors > Monitors.sql
