Issue setting up PTZ with Axis camera

Hi all,

Having no luck with getting PTZ to work for one of our cameras. Here are the details:

Axis Q6128-E PTZ camera (we only have one of this camera, the only one that is PTZ capable).
PTZ works fine when connected directly to the web interface of the camera.
I have set up a user on the camera that allows PTZ control.

ZoneMinder 1.30.4
Have successfully set up a monitor for this camera. Can see the video feed.
Control settings are currently as follows:
Controllable is checked
Control Type: Axis API v2
Control Device: axis-cgi/com/ptz.cgi
Control Address: username:password@ipaddr

I have tried different variations on the control settings. i.e. removing the Control Device field altogether; adding/removing slashes in the Control Device and Address fields. I also saw a post somewhere about changing the cookie value for the PTZ user group in the camera config but this didn't work either.

After attempting to use the controls within ZoneMinder I am seeing this error in the logs:
Error check failed: '401 Unauthorized' zmcontrol.pl

Anyone know what the issue could be, or if there is anything else to try?

Looking at the script, Control device isn't used. Control Address is as you have it.

Perhaps the script doesn't work with it.

Unfortunately without access to a camera, I can't fix it.

Can you tell me where to find the script for the Axis API v2 for ZoneMinder? I'd like to have a look.

I can control the camera using the following directly in a browser:
