Problem video export

Hey,

I have a problem with the video export of an event. I am using Zoneminder 30.4 on Ubuntu 16.04 with several SV3C PoE IP Cameras.

Well, when I try to download the generated video file of an event my browser says 'the website is not available'. I tried the right mouse button and 'save file' as well with the same result... (Settings: Video format: .avi, frame rate: real, video size: actual)

But when I change the export settings and increase the frame rate to 50x or higher, the download works fine!

Does anyone have an idea what the problem is?

Please check these settings in Options/Images:

OPT_FFMPEG (checked)
PATH_FFMPEG /usr/bin/ffmpeg

Make sure your frame rate is set at the camera and not i Zoneminder. Maximum FPS (?) and Alarm Maximum FPS (?) should be blank.

I have checked the options, but everything is fine...

I dont unterstand why it is possible with frame rate: 50x, but not with real or the lower rates...
