Stream event by date and time range single url

Hello all,

I am relatively new to Zoneminder. I have been playing with it for a couple of months. I have been able to find just about everything I need using the "all mighty" Google. I have been struggling to find a my above subject line.
Is there a way to embed a specific date and time range into an iframe? I would be looking for something along the lines of:
http://<server address>/camera_id=1&start_date_time=2018-03-30T10:35:00&end_date_time=2018-03-30T10:33:00

I can set up filtering, and have looked at the api, but I can't seem to find a solution for this. I'm not opposed to using a 3rd party player, if someone could recommend one.
