Alarm state never ends

Post by heerkoel »

Hi

Since I've added the second camera to my ZM 1.30.4 installation, I've got a strange problem. Once in 1-2 days, the system gets into an infinite alarm mode. That lasts several hours until I manually disable and enable alarms again.
Both cameras are linked to each other, so alarm on any of them automatically triggers both cameras to record.
Any ideas on how to fix that issue? Thanks!

Check that Reference Image Blend %ge and Alarm Reference Image Blend %ge are set to the same values.

Also check the amount of tmpfs (/dev/shm) used. If it is high reduce camera resolution.

I checked the values, and they are equal. Is there a way to limit an event duration?

Another observation: if I stop/start ZM, it goes back into Idle
