Trendnet ip311pi does not work

Hi, I'm trying to make it work on a raspberry. I have version 1.30.4 and I am using a trendnet TV-IP311PI.

the cameras work in VLC in this way (type FFMPEG):
-rtsp://admin:admin@192.168.1.20/user=admin_password=6QNMIQGe_channel=1_stream=0.sdp
-rtsp://admin:admin@192.168.1.20/user=admin_password=npz7PAyv_channel=1_stream=0.sdp
-rtsp://admin:admin@192.168.1.20/cam/realmonitor

in any of the ways I get video from the cameras in vlc but I do not know how to integrate it in the configuration of the program.
