Connect to Hosafe 2MB6P

Dear ZM community

Your software, I am sure, is amazing --- and it claims to do exactly what I need. Sadly I must assume I am missing something as I am simply not able to connect to my IP camera: Hosafe 2MB6P ( http://www.dx.com/p/hosafe-2mb6p-1080p- ... lug-429581 )

Username: admin
Password: admin
IP: 10.0.0.109

I am able to find the camera in my browser at the address 10.0.0.109 but there is a plugin missing according to the interface found there

I am able to view a steam in VLC with the following URL: rtsp://admin:admin@10.0.0.109:5544/live0.264

Furthermore I can connect to the camera when using iSpy by following the ONIVF wizard... but by no other means.

I would be most appreciative if a member of this forum could suggest a set of connection settings for ZM.

I am happy also to share my IP address and open a VNC if there is someone who is willing to help.

What is the resolution when video is playing in vlc?

search the wiki for libvlc, and try similar connection parameters. I see a hikvision that has libvlc parameters that are similar to yours.

Let us know whether it works or not.
