Preview doesn't work Ubuntu vm on mac

preview of my dlink 5020l adn 932l doesn't work. Ubuntu 17.04 and zm 1.30.4

Same error here.

I've Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and ZM 1.30.4 installed on a MS Hyper-V machine.
My camera is a trendnet TV-IP314.
