Monitor names and cycle.montage are not active links

Post by gspko »

Hi -

I'm using zoneminder 1.30.4 on Ubuntu 16.10. Cameras are Dauha ptz cameras and were set up via onvif. According to the documentation, live view for a particular monitor should be available by clicking the monitor name. However, the monitor name is not a live link, merely text. The same applies to the "cycle/montage/montage review" text.

Monitor settings are:

General Setup:

Monitor - Alley (1)

Name Alley
Server NONE
Source Type Ffmpeg
Function Monitor
Enabled (checked)
Linked Monitors Parking_area
Analysis FPS (blank)
Maximum FPS (?) (Blank)
Alarm Maximum FPS (?) (Blank)
Reference Image Blend %ge 6.25% (Indoor)
Alarm Reference Image Blend %ge 6.25%
Triggers None available

Source setup:

Source Path rtsp://rootadmin:admin@192.168.0.101:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0&unicast=true&proto=Onvif
Remote Method (?) TCP
Options (?) (Blank)
Target colorspace 24 Bit colour
Capture Width (pixels) 1920
Capture Height (pixels) 1080
Preserve Aspect Ratio (Not Checked)
Orientation Normal
Deinterlacing Disabled

Any ideas why? Does zoneminder think there is no video stream available maybe?

Thanks for any ideas.

Oops - sorry. I realized that the server was stopped. Started it and - VOILA - active links. Now if I can just get video...

But I suspect that'll be another issue later.

Thanks,

check your /cgi-bin configuration. That the paths are correct and match. It is usually the problem in this case.
