Combining Flat and Dark?

Combining Flat and Dark?

CSS is not my strong suit.

I much prefer the look of the Flat selection, but since a lot of my users will be looking at the control panel/montages in a dark control room, I prefer the color set of Dark; where would I go to try to merge them?
