Suggestion for a change.
I'd like to setup user accounts for "staff" to monitor and report activity they see on their assigned monitors. The Force Alarm action is a great way to allow these casual users to force a recording of the activity they are watching on a given monitor. However these users are not to be trusted with any kind of Edit capability.
The ability to Force Alarm when viewing a monitor is only available when the given user has Monitor EDIT rights.
Can this be right be moved to a new or different rights level suitable for novice or non-privileged operators?
