There are a few options to set the JPEG quality but it seems not to work properly.
When I set this:
JPEG_FILE_QUALITY: 10%
JPEG_ALARM_FILE_QUALITY: 90%
The overall event quality is bad even there is an alarm Zoneminder still records on 10%
When I set this:
JPEG_FILE_QUALITY: 80%
JPEG_ALARM_FILE_QUALITY: 90%
The overall quality is OK but even there is an alarm Zoneminder still records on 80%
Maybe I do not understand this feature and is this only effective when using MOCORD and not on MODECT.
Running 1.30.2 on a Ubuntu 16.04 server
