Apache Stops working after 2 days

Hi
my setup is
software Zoneminder 1.30.2 Ubuntuserver 16.04.x
Hardware
Ryzen AMD 8 core MSI TOMAHALK MB
16G RAM 3TB HDD
I have 5 4K cameras at 10 FPS
4 1.3MP at 6 FPS
after 2 to 3 days Apaches stops working, when I reboot the system
everything works again
