need input, setting a effent filter for E-mail trigger

Hi all,
i have made a filter for my camera outside,
so if you can see i have made a filter with several options
1 - IF "alarm frames "greater then 50 frames"
2 - AND "monitor name is the name of the camera
3 - AND "time equal to" now
4 - Send me a e-mail
and also i have also Indicated date/time Desc limit to 1 only (in the red square)
Problem I encountered, the mail sometimes i get mail sometimes not and if i check there where "alarm frames" higer then 50 ??
maybe anone got tips for me of has a good filter i can try ?.
