Export Error

Hello everyone.

Please help me solve my problem. I try to export event, But nothing happens.
I made all the settings according to the instructions (Easy Way: Ubuntu 16.04).
In the attachment print screen error.

I think your ZM is unable to write to /var/cache/zoneminder/temp (/var/cache/zoneminder is the location of event,images,temp directories in an ubuntu install)
Check the permissions and that the directory exists......

Also check Options::Images::PATH_FFMPEG, it should have the path to the ffmpeg (in my system is /usr/bin/ffmpeg). If you don´t know the path, run the command which ffmpeg.

I also noticed the following: if you export to a tar file, then the export goes (the file "zmExport.tar.gz" appears in the directory "/var/cache/zoneminder/temp"), but the link for downloading the file does not appear and in the window export is still in progress.

The problem was sold by changing OPTION::SYSTEM::LANG_DEFAULT (from ru_ru to en_us). Export now works exelent.
It's a pity but not all the functional works with the Russian interface. To the note to the developers!!!
