Zones for dumies Question (need help)

Hi all,
i have 5 camera's but also a lot of recording... and i think thats becourse of wrong settings of my zones.
i read the manual about the zones but call me stupid, but i really dony understand it, maybe its englisch is not my "mother lang."
i got some examples of my zones, can anyone help me to set some settings correct so that are less triggers ??.

zone around my carparking
i need some info about
- how can i get less triggers, now i got triggers with when there is sun of shadow
- is there a simpel (dummie) explanation about this settings, and maybe in Dutch (that wil be great)
