Cant play Event(s) in Firefox (plugin message firefox)

Hi,

if i want to play a event i get a plugin message in firefox but it give no information with plugin ??.
can anyone tell me what i'am doing wrong ?,

PS, with Explorer i'm getting a JAVA error. (java is installed on the laptop)

WEB_H_CAN_STREAM should be Auto

Firefox needs no plugin to view Zoneminder streams

IE needs Cambozola to be installed in Zoneminder Microsoft Edge should work without Cambozola

i set the "WEB_H_CAN_STREAM" on auto but the problem then is
- i takes more dan one minute to load a live stream of a camera with firefox / Chrome
- with events the same it takes more dan a minute to load a event and watch it.

got any idea's ??
