Hi.
I'm new to linux , I found easy installation and configuration Zoneminder .

Only I not found anywhere documentation or something to talk about recording.
I would like to limit the recording of HD space per user wanted to set each could record up to 50GB .

I do not know if you can do so , if possible , and anyone could help me would be very grateful .

Remembering that I am a beginner, then more detailed help of the solution if there were possible .

Thank you for your attention.

An excellent week to all .

limits are set using the "filters" button, you set up rules to govern HD useage, However I dont think you could set limits per user, (as its dynamic depending on what cameras each user has access too) more realistically you can set limits per camera then assign the relevant cameras to each user.

hi , thanks for the reply .

another question is the field that I choose the combo would be the max score or disk percent?

or is there any option to put the size in GB for this limitation.

There is an option for specifying filters with respect to disk blocks rather than percentage, see the linux command "df" to get in idea how blocks relate to capacity on your system ( it is dependent on file system and drive capacity)
