1.30.0 from PPA-Master on Ubuntu 16.04

Successful install of 1.30.0 from PPA master on Ubuntu 16.04

Basically use install procedures from WIKI https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Ubuntu_Serv ... e_easy_way

and
added PPA: add-apt-repository ppa:iconnor/zoneminder-master
Used pre-installed Mariadb
Did not have to create database (install does this again)
Did not do: Fix to allow API to work but I have not tested API as of this
Did change: PATH_ZMS to /zm/cgi-bin/nph-zms
Will check more tomorrow as I have time (have some Win 7 PC's to upgrade).

I have problems displaying still frames from the event display. Could you check this and tell me if you have the same problem? My symptoms are in the topic below this one. also the "incomplete Frame Write" from zmc is still there for me. api tests worked for me right away. I wasn't partial to the new skin.

No issues displaying still frames or videos from the attached USB camera.

Did you check your PATH_ZMS?
Did you enable CGI in Apache?
