This update has been successfully installed.

so i tried to log in at first i got an error about php timezone not set i fixed that now i get.

SQL-ERR 'SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'zm.Servers' doesn't exist', statement was 'SELECT * FROM Servers ORDER BY Name'

You need to upgrade your database and permissions. See the WIKI for Ubuntu upgrades to get the code.

Your error is pretty clear, the database permission and/or zmupdate were skipped or incomplete.

Zmupdate can look like it stalled as there is no feedback that it's working, be patient, let it finish.
