Zoneminder & Vstarcam C7824

Hi. I am the owner of 3 Vstarcam C7824 that support pan&tilt, motion detection and infrared. I was happy with those cams for their simplicity that i could control them from my mobile phone and in case of motion detection they did send you a few images as attachments. Now they stopped that function and i am looking for alternatives and i have heard of zoneminder that could do the trick to me.
I have a RPI 2 that i did install zoneminder. Now i am looking for a way to manage those devices by moving them up/down/left/right. Also how can i enable the infrared feature and the motion detection to send video and/or still images(png,jpg), please?
