monitor is blank

Hello, I use debian 8 and a prolink pixelview playtv pro 2. This card is working fine with tvtime.
I've installed zoneminder following the tutorial https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Debian_8.1_ ... e_Easy_Way.
I added the camera and when I show the monitor it is completely blank. In the log sometimes I get
"web_php 10375 ERR socket_sendto( /var/run/zm/zms-141972s.sock ) failed: No such file or directory /usr/share/zoneminder/www/includes/functions.php".
