Can I make record schedule?

Post by korenron »

So it will record me when I want and not on event?
do I need to make the function "Mocord" ?
if the answer is yes , then when I try to export the files I only gt jpg and not a AVI\MPEG file

You have several questions. Will try to answer them in order.

It is possible to change the monitor function based upon time. You need to set multiple run states and set the monitor function for each camera for each run state. Then you can set a CRON job to switch between run states based on time.

To export as a video you need to set the OPT_FFMPEG to enable and provide the path to ffmpeg in the PATH_FFMPEG.

Set a filter to delete events older than one day. It will run a bit after midnight local time.

Three hours? seems like you are either running out of disk space or resources. By default Zoneminder Filter will delete events when disk space gets to 95% full.

Yes, mocord or record events are 10 minutes long

1. Export the video - if I'm using:
source type - Remote RTSP , can I still export the video?
ot do I have to use Ffmpeg ?

2. I can see that he "save" me once every 10 min , can I tell him to save automateccly to archive once every 5 hours? then clean the list? - in order to disk space?
ot even better to export all the videos once every 5 hours and then delete the events?

Thanks ,
