Video Frozen when looking at individual monitor

I have an issue that has happened a couple times. When I click on an individual camera monitor the video will just be a still image, no stream. If I click on the Montage link I get all my cameras and the video is fine and streaming correctly. It appears to be recording correctly as well. It is just when I click and view a single camera. When this has occurred I tried restarting Apache and ZoneMinder and also rebooting my cameras but none of that fixes the problem. The only solution I have found is to completely reboot the Linux server then everything comes up and works fine.

Has anybody encountered this and found a solution?

It's not a big deal. It has only happened a couple times over a few months. Maybe just the solution is to schedule a weekly reboot of the server just as a preventative measure.
