Any logs to check why camera resets to default position

Hello,
my camera often resets itself to the default position.
I then need to select the memory position to view the correct area.

I would like to find out why the camera resets itself.
Would something be in the logs?
Are Zoneminder log files in /var/log or some other path?

This is most probably an in-camera setting and not related to ZM. Unless you are specifically moving the cameras around through the ZM interface (using PTZ controls), ZM doesn't do anything to your camera positioning.

My guess is your camera is resetting once in a while (signal loss, reboot, or maybe even a schedule set in -camera).

You may want to log into your camera's web interface (not ZM) and see if you have a home position set that it is configured to move to on reboot or reset and disable it.
