My camera is set to 15FPS, when using LIBVLC the FPS often drops down to about 1FPS, If I log into the camera I can see it running smoothly at 15FPS. If I swap over to FFMPEG I then get smears but it always streams at 15FPS so I much prefare VIBVLC.
Any explanations what could be causing the low framerate?
