Unable to get response, disconnecting

Hi, i have a Vivotek PZ6122 and it used to work on zoneminder 1.28.01 with the following settings :

Source Remote :
http / simple
host name : user:pass@ip
host path : /cgi-bin/video.jpg
widh/height 352 / 288

I upgraded to 1.28.108 and it stopped working, now i get the following error message:

2015-11-18 09:07:02.669075 zmc_m13 14457 ERR Unable to get response, disconnecting zm_remote_camera_http.cpp 1141
2015-11-18 09:07:02.650010 zmc_m13 14457 ERR Unable to read content zm_remote_camera_http.cpp 503

Any ideea what could it be wrong and how can i solve it ?

Any solution to this issue?
i`m new at this and have the sam problem / same camera, but latest version of ZM

Is your camera using port 80? Another post uses port 8088.

Resolution may need to be 320x240

I've added Dlink dcs-5300g IP camera after installing zoneminder 1.30.4 . I had this problem in the logs. Is there anyone who solved the problem?
By the way, I tried what you wrote above but it didn't work.
