Not working stream mjpeg for camera GoldenEye model x07s

This camera have :
camera streaming->video format = H.264+MJPEG
camera streaming-> 13fp, 2048kbps max
camera streaming->Video OCX Protocol = RTSP over HTTP
Highest resolution: 1920x1080
Streaming RSTP URL:
rtsp://<camera_ip>/h264
rtsp://<camera_ip>/mjpeg
I configure this camera on zone minder 1.26.5 with streaming "h264" and it is working fine.
while configuring with streaming "mjpeg" then it is not working.
this camera also not streaming with resolution at 640x480.
