F19821W setup problems

Still working on getting Foscam 19821W working. I get video, but no camera response to controls.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Not sure how something can fail due to "Success" !!

Hi,

Have you checked if your path to the camera is correct? It seems to be pointing to a rtrtsp source instead of a rtsp.

Is control enabled in Options?

In your Monitor - Control tab

Control Type Foscam FI9821W
Control Device the password to access your camera
Control Address camera IP address

This should get the control to work. If you still have problems update to the latest ZM, currently 1.28.1
