ZoneMinder 1.27?

My ZM installation is prompting me with an update:

An update to ZoneMinder is available.
The latest release is v1.27, you have v1.26.5.

I can't find any reference to this new release though?

Any advice about how to install 1.27 in Ubuntu server 12.04? I followed the instructions here:https://github.com/ZoneMinder/ZoneMinder

And after dpkg-buildpackage;, I get this error:

I also received the new version notification but when I look on Zoneminder Github site it says there are still 3 unresolved issues for the 1.27 milestone. I am glad to see active development but isn't this anouncement a little premature ?

Thanks for the heads-up on this. It was nagging me while I was trying to get ZM configured and I almost went for it.

I have enough trouble at the moment!
