zmupdate.pl error

Error when I restart the PC. Ubuntu 12.04 ZM 1.26.4

Version mismatch, system is version 1.26.4, database is ZM_DYN_DB_VERSION.

Please run zmupdate.pl to update

when I run zmupdate.pl I get Bareword "ZM_DYN_DB_VERSION" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at /usr/bin/zmupdate.pl line 116. BEGIN not safe after errors--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/zmupdate.pl line 154.

Suggestions?
