Repository for libjpeg-turbo?

Hello,

I am installing Zoneinder on a Raspberry pi but but cannot install libjpeg-turbo because the repository at
zarrenspry dot info/repos/apt/raspbian
is not reachable anymore.

Where else can I get this library?
