I trying configure the zoneminder, but not worked, but via the command xawtv work. follow my configuration

Via command xawtv the image on the camera is displayed in the zoneminder works but have not tried various settings but I judge the correct setting is:
Device Path: /dev/video0
Capture Method: Video for Linux version 2
Device Channel: 0
Device Format: NTSC
Capture Palette: YUYV
I was changing the "device Channel" to see if it takes each camera did not work
My camera is simillar to the image below:
