Cant record with Axis 241Q videoserver

Hi!
Im trying to record the stream from Axis 241 videoserver from this address:
http://123.456.789/axis-cgi/jpg/image.c ... on=320x240

It doesnt works but why?

Wrong resolution set in zoneminder monitor settings? My browser claims the picture size is 384x288.

Thank you Carrier82, it was a resolution problem. The correct resolution is 768 x 576. It works now.
ZM Versions = 1.36.33
zmeventnotification Version = "6.1.28"
