Shared Memory questions

I have just upgraded from 1.24 to 1.25.

Can anyone please tell me if you still have to adjust the Shared Memory when using 1.25.

And if this the case, there was a script that adjusted the shared memory, but I can no longer find it, would someone please put up a link to it.
