Admin: Can not login into web console

Hi,

I'm using zm 1.25. I have problem logging into zm web console using login "admin".
After entering username and password, the screen displayed "logging in". But this takes forever and at last the browser said "timeout".
But this is not happen with other username that I've created my own, ex "guard" or "home".
The problem logging in always happens with "admin" username.
I've already checked zm mysql db using mysqlcheck but no problems found so far.

Please help any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried more than one browser to see if that makes a difference? I'd start there.

Yes, I've tried with another browser but still no luck ..
I've cleared browser's cookies and caches too.
I still confused with this logging in problem ..

Is there someway to delete admin user and re-create it again ?

Despite zm doesnt work with my network ip cameras I wanted to give it another try today. And tadaaa: admin login returns to the login page...

any solutions except removing zm?
