enable OPT_USE_AUTH

enable OPT_USE_AUTH

after i enable OPT_USE_AUTH i can not see any output on any camares

Maybe you need to logoff and logon again.

After more than 15 years, no longer using ZM as surveillance system.
Now in the dark side, using a commercial system...

You need to put AUTH_RELAY under System as "none".
Restart ZM.
Thats all.

That works for me also. Should I have that as none though? Why doesn't hashed work? I am running Ubuntu 12.04

@ jbaiao - I agree that is one fix, which worked for me right now, but what is probably more concerning is that this doesn't fix the issue, it is lowering the security of the system
