Is there any possibility to add delay for modect recording, like drop all frames 1 min before and 1 min after movement detected?

Try lowering the pre and post buffers on the buffer tab of the monitor. Could be 0/0 is what your looking for although not very practical. You will end up with many events where only one was before and your first frame will be the motion that triggers the alarm. Play with those settings to get what you want.
