Exporting Videos

Everything with 1.25.0 is working perfectly except exporting videos... I am getting the following error and I can decipher what its telling me...
Command 'cat 'temp/zmFileList.txt' | zip -q 'temp/zmExport.zip' -@' returned with status 12
Looking to the community to see if they know whats going on?

Is this something that worked before and has just stopped or is it a new install?

Ok, do you have the 'zip' command line utility installed?

Yes, I execute "zip" from the command line and I get command line options.

Can you try going to the relevant event directory and running the whole command directly?

I can zip the images but not video files. So I think I am misunderstanding something unfortunately. I thought it was and has in the past creating the video file and then zipped it for download.
Or maybe in my case the video creation is not working?
