Pictures jumping

I recently had a power cut which did damage to sql tables. Compdoc sorted me out on that one, thanks!
but it wiped my monitors, so I had to put them back in.
Problem is I've missed out something as the pictures jitter up and down, not by much, but enough to continually set off the alarms. Also they either show the top half only, with the bottom half black, or the top half where the bottom half should be and vice versa.
Has anybody else had this problem and fixed it?
My general settings are:
Max 5 FPS
Alarm Max 5FPS
Reference Image Blend 7
My source settings are:
PAL
RGB565
320 x 240
