Wifi Cameras and Ignoring Signal Loss Events

Post by mikeyintn »

Is there any way to fully ignore and not create an event if signal is lost for a particular remote camera?

I have a little wireless Dlink camera overlooking my driveway. Unfortunately sometimes the signal is interrupted - it isn't very close to the rest of the house where the access point is. I haven't been able to prove it but I think often when my wife is vacuuming (good for her!), it tends to kill the connection and record events of signal loss blips of videos with blue screens in the middle. I get a lot of these events which I'm not concerned with reviewing or recording them.

BTW - I'm running v. 1.24.4

Maybe you have to buy a wifi vacuum cleaner.... ;)

After more than 15 years, no longer using ZM as surveillance system.
Now in the dark side, using a commercial system...
