Try just with this,

bttv card=77,77,77,77,77,77,77,77

I use that with my card, and is the same as yours

I get this now…

root@CCTV:/etc/modprobe.d# xawtv -hwscan
xdpyinfo: unable to open display "".
This is xawtv-3.95.dfsg.1, running on Linux/i686 (2.6.32-5-686)

The 102 settings you used were correct.

I think the card might be defective or its connection to the system might be bad (because of the bus errors).
Try taking out the card, cleaning the PCI pins and PCI slot or try it in a different PCI slot.

Also don't forget to attach heatsinks to the chips, or your card will fail pretty soon.
