Help with signal loss event filter

I am trying to make a working signal loss event filter that emails me in the event of signal loss. Using a bt878 setup, 4 cameras 1 chip.
What exactly does my filter need to search for?
Cause equal to Signal or signal does not trigger.
Is it Cause, Name, Notes or ?
I have the email info setup correctly.
Also email details of all matches set.
SIGNAL_CHECK_POINTS is set to 10.
