Delay problems

Hi.

I installed Zoneminder 1.24.2 and 8 Edimax IC 1510 IP cameras.
All works, I can see all monitors with the Flash streaming in the Zoneminder web interface, but I have a very huge delay in the monitors.
For example, if I walk in front of a camera, I see myself in the monitor window of that camera after 2/3 minutes.

As this is not acceptable, do you have any hints on how to solve this problem?

the bigests delays you have are the jpg to swf conversion switching to mjpeg will help also lower prebuffer if you modefied it.

Wondering if the original user ever resolved this issue?

I'm having the same issue. It has nothing to do with playback because its recording the delayed images also. If stand in front of the camera for more the 30 seconds it will record me. But if I just walk right by it starts recording but its recording the older delayed video feed.

I'm using a remote trigger.

What is the hardware and software specifications of your setup?
