I just updated and completed the spanish translation, based on zm_lang_es_ar. I've uploaded it to zm_lang_es_co.php - it is a UTF-8 text file.

To whom should I send it so that it gets included in ZoneMinder?

As long as it's available here at the time around the next release, this should be sufficient

I just uploaded revision 1.26 to the Latinamerican Spanish translation file.

Changes:

• Made a difference between video file and streamed video
  New section in the comments to ease spanish translations in other regions

Hi guys, I'm Argentinian and I'm using zoneminder (great software!!) and I want to do my small contribution.
You want me to translate those lines in English in the es_ar.php file?
I found some lines not translated there as
'AddNewControl' => 'Add New Control',
...
